A Taste of Paradise & The Fall Equinox

Enjoy an evening of food and astronomy that celebrates the arrival of the Fall Equinox. The tour begins at The Clubhouse at Paradise Valley with a three-course dinner (Caesaroni flatbread to start, a choice of spaghetti carbonara, chicken and mushroom stroganoff, or fish tacos, and homemade sticky toffee pudding for dessert). Guests then board the Sunshine Trolley to Eagle Butte Observatory, where amateur astronomer Rod DeVries leads a presentation on the equinox and the treasures of the September night sky before the trolley returns everyone to Paradise Valley around 9:30 PM.
