 aghetti carbonara\, chicken and mushroom stroganoff\, or fish tacos\, and h
 omemade sticky toffee pudding for dessert). Guests then board the Sunshine 
 Trolley to Eagle Butte Observatory\, where amateur astronomer Rod DeVries l
 eads a presentation on the equinox and the treasures of the September night
  sky before the trolley returns everyone to Paradise Valley around 9:30 PM.
