You use it, you agree to this. If that's a dealbreaker, don't use it.

An event list for Medicine Hat. We pull from venues, organizers, and tips. We try to keep it accurate.

We're not the organizer. If an event gets cancelled, moved, or sold out, that's on them. Check directly before you go.

If you make one:

• Give us real info.
• One account per human.
• Keep your password to yourself.
• Tell us if someone breaks in.

If you post events:

• Don't lie about dates, times, places, or prices.
• Keep things current. Cancel cancelled stuff.
• We approve submissions. We can take them down.

• Spam.
• Fake listings.
• Harass people.
• Try to break in.
• Anything illegal.

• Site design, code, and our writing: ours.
• Event details and images: the organizers'.

The site's "as-is." We try to be accurate. Sometimes we miss. We're not liable for showing up to something that got cancelled.

To the maximum the law allows, we're not on the hook for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last twelve months (which, for most people, is zero).

If we change these terms in a real way, we'll let you know. Keep using the site after changes and you're agreeing.
